This is my second member of the genus Anhinga, the first being the anhinga I saw at Laguna Ventanilla in Mexico.
As a bonus, when taking these photos I also unintentionally snapped a second darter, visible in the background of the top photo; and either a great cormorant (Phalacrocorax carbo) or a little black cormorant (P. sulcirostris), visible below.
